  • ASSESSMENT

We spend time on subjective questioning, observation, movement screening, using objective measures, strength assessments, as well as palpation of particular areas to help form a diagnosis of your condition. Once your situation has been assessed, you will then be informed of the next steps and diagnosis.

  • DIAGNOSIS

We will discover your diagnosis and ensure that you understand your particular condition, and provide the next steps with respect to your treatment plan. Furthermore, we will answer any questions you may have regarding your particular condition.

  • TREATMENT

We will use evidence-based treatment practices to ensure that you’re treatment will be effective and efficient to get you back to good health, and achieve your treatment goals. Additionally, you will be provided with a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to follow and aid recovery.

  • REHABILITATION

We will ensure that a condition not only subsides in symptoms but does not reoccur in the future. A problem with reoccurring injuries is that patients tend to stop rehabilitation when their symptoms subside. This will be achieved resolved through effective education and ensuring that rehabilitation is performed until required.
